After I had dealt with the sales team (Tara and Amir...who were great), I was passed off to a woman who handles the finances and paperwork. She was less than cordial and actually rather cold. I had already negotiated my price yet she persisted to push an "up-sell" on me even after I had said "no thanks." If she would have been eliminated from the process, I would have been thoroughly pleased. Hope this explains my rating. More

Overall experience was good, only marred slightly by an issue largely outside of Pacific's control (the car was trapped in port stock for an inordinate amount of time). George and Anna were very accommodating, available and friendly. Inna made the financing process as smooth and fun as possible. We were especially pleased with how Anna and George effectively insulated us from their General Sales Manager -- often times one builds a good rapport with a sales rep only to have it shattered at the eleventh hour by a seemingly random GSM buzz kill. Not so with Pacific. The price was fair, perhaps slightly high, but the GSM was also very accommodating from behind his curtain and helped to ease the pain. I would recommend the dealership -- the staff were excellent. The queso burrito at Qdoba was also excellent. Thank you, George. More
