From the first contact I made by phone through the great face to face interaction with the sales staff and finally getting the paperwork sorted, I never felt pressured in any way and was shown all I asked to see or help understand. I saw at least 4 cars, finally settling on a flint metallic executive TDI mode, that I now believe is one of the best values in first class motoring I have ever experienced. I had a trade in from a half completed lease on a BMW; that, I imagined beforehand, was going to be pailful, not so, though it still proved a bit of a finical mistake, it was, in the end, easy to move on from, at a fair cost. This was my first buying experience with Pacific VW, my next will be a few years down the road as the quality of my new Tuareg feels like it will last a long time, however, I thoroughly recommend them, and I will be back...eventually! More

The Diesel I bought is great, however with 84 years of life time I haven't used the car very much. 84 Miles total driven so far. When other dealerships, and yes I called around, couldn't find the Coffee color, George found it and BOOM....we had a deal at the price I wanted. And hey, when I asked for all that and a bag of chips? George's sense of humor was evident when I showed up to sign the papers and he had a bag of chips waiting for me. Awesome. More

After recently relocating to this area, we were in a time-sensitive process to quickly and intelligently select a car that met our personal interests (a convertible), logistical requirements (4 seats), and financial constraints (good lease terms). While we had done research and test drives before arriving at the dealership, we weren't sure whether we were going to be able to close the deal in the timeframe we needed (i.e., that same day). Chris Estrada and Lamont Coleman worked patiently with us the entire afternoon on a test drive, negotiating the lease terms, discussing the financing options, and once everything had been finalized, spending time reviewing all the functions of the car. Chris and Lamont were very professional and patient. Even though the financial terms were exactly what we were hoping for, we would not have walked away as happy and satisfied customers if it were not for the people at the dealership (who welcomed us with smiles and courtesy, even with our dog in tow). Chris and Lamont are highly recommended and when we purchase another car, we hope to work with them in the future. More

This dealership fails to meet expectations because the promises that were made to me were not kept. I signed all of the paperwork, but the deal had to be cancelled. In addition, I was tossed around from salesperson to salesperson and I was constantly told to sit down and wait. The entire process took 4 and half hours of my time and I never ended up purchasing the car which I had offered to pay the entire asking price. In my 30 years of Volkswagen ownership, I have never been more disappointed. I'm going elsewhere and I'm not going quietly. More

I knew what I wanted specifically (even had a specific car in mind) and really wanted to be in and out without hassle. Archie found the car within two minutes and was able to talk to the sales manager to get the price finalized on my behalf. Then it was just a matter of working with the finance group to agree on a rate/payment that was suitable for all parties involved. This also went incredibly quickly and smoothly. I can’t emphasize enough what an outstanding salesperson Archie is. He is very easy going, yet still incredibly professional and knowledgeable. More
