Chris and Inna were both great and I would recommend them both to anyone. The only thing that my husband and I would complain about is the lack of terms and conditions available on leasing a new car and both to anyone. The only thing that my husband and I would complain about is the lack of terms and conditions available on leasing a new car and the what exactly is "excess wear and tear". Both my husband and I have leased cars and other car makers have been very straight forward about what excess wear and tear is. We found it very difficult to swallow the lack of details available in this area. It seems very reasonable for clients to want, and be able to see, these terms. If there isn't any definitive terms for "excess wear and tear" then how do you charge accurately for this? If the terms told me that a scratch more than 3" in length is considered excess wear and tear, then I can't argue with you if I have a scratch that exceeds 3". However, if you don't tell me that, then how do I know if what you are charging me is legit or is just made up by the person evaluating the car at lease turn in? Seems pretty ridiculous. In any event, our experience as a whole was a very good one. Again, both Chris and Inna were very friendly. More
