I went in with my girlfriend to get her a used Jetta. Sean immediately greeted us on the lot, even though it was already getting late in the evening. He answered any and all questions, and even made sure to point out any flaws that were on the bodywork of the car. Most dealerships we went to tried to hide anything that was wrong with the car, but he made sure we had all of the information before we purchased it. He let my girlfriend go on a fairly long test drive, making sure to point out the different settings the car had, and how it handled on bumpy roads. He was very honest with us at all times, and never once said anything that made it feel like he was pushing us to purchase the car. Since we are on a limited budget, he did everything he could to get the payments to the range we could afford. He really went out of his way to make sure we had a good experience. All in all, this was the best car dealership experience I have ever had. More

George was an exceptional sales person. I had a couple of previous experiences that were terrible (Not at VW), so I was already not looking forward to another sales pitch. He was fantastic. He took the time to figure out what I actually wanted, and directly asked me. I originally started with a Jetta, but decided it was too small for me. I then went to a Passat, but knew it would cost a little more so I was worried. He showed me three different models and told me to pick and choose which options I wanted to get the price closer to where I wanted to be. He did not push me into paying for something I didn't want, or upsell me on any packages, he actually listened to me. I have the car I want in front of me, but I still am not where I want to be with numbers. So I came back for a second time, a day later, and talked with Sean because George was with another customer. So far I've had a great experience and actually want to buy from this group, so I wanted to see if they could do anything else for me. Well, Sean did. He was able to get my price down just enough to make me happy and to get the car I want. No one I worked with was pushy and made me feel uncomfortable. It was truly a great experience, I feel comfortable with my purchase, and would highly recommend this dealership. I think the fact that I even took the time to write this review also says something about George, and the others I worked with. It wasn't something I had to do, but I would love to throw more business his way, so hopefully this helps! More
