On last Friday, March 9 2012, I have my 2007 Silver Passat 2.0 Turbo towed into your facility by AAA due to failure to start my engine. Initially I was told to call back on the following day (Saturday) because by the time I came into your facility, it was around 2:00 PM in the afternoon. I received a call on Saturday from your service department explaining to me that I needed an ignition switch and the parts won't be available until Tuesday. So I said OK, but in the meanwhile no mentioning of a courtesy car or anything, so I do NOT have any means of transportation for 5 days. On Tuesday I got another call from your service department telling me that my car need to replace an expensive Comfort and Control Module and AGAIN the parts weren't available and it wouldn't arrive until Friday. The service department had promised me to call me first thing on Friday. I've waited and waited until 4:00 PM and still NO ONE from your department called me. So I decided to call in myself. Another member of your service department told me the person responsible for my case was in some sort of training and so NO ONE was assigned to take care of my case and NO ONE had ANY IDEAS of what happened to my car repair. I called in again, finally got someone to help me to look up my case and the person told me the technician responsible for my repairs have gone for the day and NO STATUS updates were done so AGAIN NO ONE in your DEPARTMENT KNOWS ANYTHING ABOUT MY CAR REPAIR and I was told to call back tomorrow when the person assigned to my car repair is back from her TRAINING. This is the first time I've been to your service department. I usually deal with another VW dealer in Van Nuys and they have ALWAYS been courteous and prompt. My car broke down near your dealership and I thought I would be treated the same as the other dealership, I AM COMPLETELY WRONG. I am writing you this letter to let you know of my situations and EXTREME DISAPPOINTMENT and SHOCK with the level of service provided by your department. I first call pacific volkwagen just to get a quote on a trade in. I spoke to Frank he was every helpful with getting me all the info I was asking for. He told me he had to take care of some personal business.He introduce me to Nikos Enfiedjian one of his close friend at the dealership and he was going to take care of me. I start talking to Nikos and he start telling me about some of the cars me and Frank talk about. He was very helpful with want I wanted in car and we test drive two of the car we talk about. But the one that catch my eye was the 2012 Passat which I thought was a wonderful car. Nikos really made the buying experience very easy. He help me with cost of the car and he was going to help get this car. I was very pleased with what he did when the deal was getting hard to close. He told me don't worry im going to get this done for you and he did. Even after everything was done,he wanted to go over everything with me about the car and even show me what it does a second time. It was great experience working with him on buying this car. So I just wanted to say guys like Nikos Enfiedjian and Frank are wonderful guys working there.I will tell everyone to go buy a car from you guys. Thanks..! More

This was my second time purchasing a Volkswagon and I must say, "This was one of the best buying experiences I have ever had." Sean was very patient with me and, as promised, he made the purchase proced must say, "This was one of the best buying experiences I have ever had." I have purchased a lot of cars in my life but none was as pleasurable as this one. Sean Monroe went above and beyond the call of duty. I went to Pacific VW with my daughter to help her buy her first car (a new Jetta) and it was an easy deal. She was given a great price, without any haggle or hassle. He was very helpful in offering information to help her make some of the decisions, without being the least bit pushy. I have (with my husband) purchased 7 new Toyotas in the last 30 years, but never been treated as well as we were by George Dunbar and the folks at Pacific VW. It truly was a pleasure to do business there and I would highly recommend them to anyone thinking about a new VW! More

I was looking for a 2012 Sportwagen TDI and was recommended to Pacific VW through Costco. George contacted me and we set up an appointment for a test drive. When I arrived, the receptionist was o recommended to Pacific VW through Costco. George contacted me and we set up an appointment for a test drive. When I arrived, the receptionist was on the phone and while I was waiting two salesmen offered assistance; one of them was George. He wasted no time in getting to the test drive and we went to the lot to see if the model I wanted was in stock. He previously mentioned that it may not be in stock but I could test the sedan with the same engine. There were two; one was sold and one had just arrived off the truck(in the color i wanted). I couldn't test the sold car so I waited a little bit for the new one to be prepped. The test drive went well and George was knowledgeable about the not-so-obvious details of the car. It was a very non-pressure, relaxed vibe working with George. In the end I was satisfied with what I got for my trade-in, the price, and the financing. Also, Inna was a breeze to work with in getting documents signed and explained. Definitely recommend George and the Pacific VW team. And I look forward to spending less time at the pump. More
