Excellent service! I went in for a Jetta with no expectations of buying a car, and ended up with a brand new Jetta TDI! Sergio was great to work with. Can't wait to drive my new car! We visited this dealership after we looked at the Ford Fusion, which would hardly accommodate one set of golf clubs, let alone two. My husband wanted to look at the Passat because he liked the looks of it. Our criteria were leg room for the driver, trunk space and fuel economy. We had expert information from our Salesman, Jason Stacho, who was very informative and gave us all the features and benefits of the vehicle. We loved it and, not intending to, we walked out of there buying the Diesel Passat. It was a good experience and we would definitely deal with him again. Now we are just waiting for the delivery of the car. Thanks Jason. Our only complaint was waiting for the financing paperwork. It took forever and we finally came back the next day to complete it. This had nothing to do with Jason, who was great! That is the only reason we did not give a 5 star rating. More

I was greeted with warmth and professionalism from the very start. Andrew Kim, my Service rep, treated me like gold. He worked with me on the needed repairs, acknowledged my loyalty to the Volkswagen brand (30+ years) and made sure my car was back to me in one day - no work time lost. I am in the customer service sector and recognize that Andrew Kim knows exactly how to provide excellent customer service in a seemingly effortless and friendly manner. I am disappointed that Volkswagen Customer Care did not provide any assistance with this repair. They need to take some lessons from Pacific Volkswagen on how client should be treated. More

I will write a separate service review for my super awesome, rock-star, patient salesman.... as this negative rating has all to to do w the argumentative and rude Finance Manager, Ms. Inna Eng. We were awesome, rock-star, patient salesman.... as this negative rating has all to to do w the argumentative and rude Finance Manager, Ms. Inna Eng. We were all set to go w our second Jetta 2014 purchase. One in November 2013 and one today (March 2014). We bought both our two college age daughters new Jettas. We were led to compete the finance/ sale papers this evening by the worse dealer person that we have ever encountered at any dealership. Once we signed all the purchase papers and she was done w her additional options sales pitch...She began to tell me that she would not except the insurance card that I provided the night previously to the dealership. She told me that my full insurance was not sufficient to drive off the lot w the new car as my daughter was listed only as a driver. This was highly interesting to me as the insurance card was good enough to drive off w the other new Jetta at the same dealer 4 months ago....and has been good enough for the last 15 years w over 10 new cars purchased at various dealerships (Mercedes, Jaguar, Ford, GMC, Toyota, An small private). I asked Ms. Eng if I should pick to car up the next day when my insurance broker would be at work... or what should we do if she is refusing to call the company directly...she just kept arguing and it appeared she was harassing me purposefully. Not sure why????? I try my best not to take ignorance seriously. I asked her again and again to call the insurance company directly to verify insurance, or if she didn't want to call she could wait next day for broker to contact her...she kept arguing that it is not the proper insurance card. I excused myself from the room in hopes that she could maybe better work w my husband and daughter, as she was taking an argumentative stance toward me. I asked her to call my carrier over 10 times, and she finally did call once I left the room. Once she called my insurance carrier...we were signed and ready to drive off in 10 minutes w the new car (irony). We drove off w our second Jetta and we were happy to give it to our daughter as her grad college gift. I wanted to share this info, as I worked 10 years in customer service prior to entering my current career, and this woman offended me and all the hard work that I use to do when working w the public. PS the previous finance person from my last transaction was not available to help me which was too bad. Today was suppose to be an exciting day, and Ms. Eng seemed xxxx bent on stealing our little happiness (But she didn't). I would wait until one of the nice gentlemen in finance could assist. If I want to buy another vw I will make sure she is no where near my transaction!!!!! Daughter loved her car. More
