I made arrangements on Saturday with my rep to pick up the car from someone in sales. I called to confirm on Sunday on my way there and was told they did not have the keys. I doubled back home to PV and got my spare key, as I needed the car for work Monday. The receptionist said she asked everyone there and no one knew of me coming to pick up my car. When I arrived a gentleman at the counter was very dismissive of me and told me to talk to the receptionist about getting my keys, I did and she sent me back to him. I asked who was in charge and he said he was. I asked if he could help locate my keys so as not to have my come back for them. He asked for my ID the walked to the other counter and gave me my keys. I asked him "was that so hard?" He obviously knew where my keys were the whole time. He then told me to take my keys and go. I said "is this the way you treat your customer" he then called me a punk got in my face with his finger, and said I was lucky he was at work. I was appalled by a his arrogance and very upset. All for what? His annoyance at delivering my my key. More

I've been getting my Jetta serviced at this location for the past 5 years now since 2010. The Pacific Volkswagen dealership is a very trustworthy, reliable car dealer with an efficient and hard-working auto repair/customer service staff. The service department is excellent, with very friendly employees and an honest approach to recommending service repairs and maintenance. For example, my Jetta's vehicle warranty expired in 2013, and unfortunately for me over the past two years there have been a lot of maintenance issues with my car (engine repair, oil leaks, etc.) as a result of natural wear and tear. Still, I come to this branch because the quality of service is top-notch and the prices are reasonable. When I get a problem fixed on my car here, I don't have to worry about that same problem again. Just this past weekend, while driving on the 101 freeway, four of my car's ignition coils failed and the spark plugs ended up having to be replaced as well, Michael Sandoval was very accommodating and candid. Michael allowed me to store my vehicle on Friday afternoon and took care of everything very efficiently while the car got fixed up over the weekend. I ended up picking up the vehicle on the Monday after. I would greatly recommend Michael because he's a good-natured and reliable individual who will make sure your vehicle is taken care of. I know a few of the service staff have come and gone over the years, but there are still some familiar faces. For example, Susan Ahn, who's been working here at least since I first started bringing my vehicle in, has always been a friendly and welcoming service member. I would also highly recommend Susan because she's a very patient, sincere and honest person who will help you figure out what needs to be fixed and taken care of and will do so in a quick and reasonable manner. Bottom line, the Pacific Volkswagen dealership has a great service staff and I've never had a recurrent problem with a specific vehicle issue after the auto mechanics in the back work their magic. I would recommend getting your Volkswagen vehicles fixed up here. Also, there's a free coffee machine in the waiting room, which is convenient while I'm studying on days while I'm waiting for my vehicle to be fixed. More
