I had a contract for 4 oil changes and when I brought my car in for my second oil change after 11 months since last time, I was given a hard time because I came in earlier than 12 months. It's been 11 mont car in for my second oil change after 11 months since last time, I was given a hard time because I came in earlier than 12 months. It's been 11 months since last oil change and I was planning on a long distance trip soon... Why all that back and forth and I finally got the approval after 30 minutes of unnecessary discussions. Also, my car was returned without a simple car wash (Which is a usual routine)!!! EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED! More

I had recently brought my 2018 530e for a 4 point alignment and bought 2 new front tires, less than a month I noticed that the front left was making a howling noise between 45-55mph. So I brought it alignment and bought 2 new front tires, less than a month I noticed that the front left was making a howling noise between 45-55mph. So I brought it in early at 7:30am and if I didn't make the call later that afternoon to check the status and this was 3:30pm haven't even started to check the car and the service writer (Amie) tells off the call that I need the bearings replaced without checking the car. all she needed to do was to check the balancing on the tire and alignment if it was done correctly. Pacific BMW will not even warranty the work you have done with in less than a month. More
