The service performed was excellent, and the staff was attentive and professional. The only reason for the loss of a star is the exorbitant pricing for labor. I have been dealing with Pacific BMW staff since I bought my vehicle in 2019. I am impressed with the personal attention I have been given and great services I have been provided with. I get notifications every time my car needed a service. I have been able to get a loaner without any difficulty whenever I needed one. I am glad that I have had pleasant experience dealing with service manager especially, Mr. Gilbert Pogosyan. The staff is very friendly, professional and courteous and wouldn’t mind visiting the shop whenever my car needs servicing. I appreciate all the help I have been able to get from Pacific BMW. Keep up the good work 👍 More

Took my car in for a battery replacement and that’s exactly what they did. In my last experience with other BMW dealers, they try to up sell and u simply don’t like that.
