The worst customer service experience. My service advisor Gilbert phogosyan was absoulute worst. He prefered texting and did not update me on my repairs. Service was generally good. My only problem was a part that they ordered. It seems BMW sent BMW the wrong part, and I waited over 3 weeks and I am still waiting for that part. I have always had a good experience with you until this time when after my car getting serviced. When I came home with my car and parked it in the garage, a couple of days later I noticed something wet by time when after my car getting serviced. When I came home with my car and parked it in the garage, a couple of days later I noticed something wet by the rear tires, and i realized it was oil. I checked under the car and discovered it was coming from the oil drain cap, so I called the guy who had helped me with the service, and he told to bring the car back in, I did a couple of days later and paid $238 for the towing, and after I sent the car in, I never heard anything from them the car ended up staying overnight and still nothing, so I called the dealership the next day asking if my car was ready, finally later on the day the guy texted me back to let me know that the car was ready. when I got there, I had to wait for them to bring my car and the guy he never apologized for the mistake they had made in the first place when they didn't screw the drain oil cap right. He told me that he was going to check if I could get the money that I paid for the towing service, but I have not heard anything from him yet, I also had to cleaned all of the oil from my garage floor, and until this point I have not been able to clean the greasy stains from the floor. It would have been nice to at least hear an apology to admit when they have done something wrong, but I got nothing. I really hope I get my towing service money back. Anher Flores More
