Dropped the car off for oil consumption issues on 02/01/2022 ( which it shouldn't be low on brand new car with 5000 miles on odometer, 4 quarts at 5000?? miles, which 2 of those 2 quarts I put it in 02/01/2022 ( which it shouldn't be low on brand new car with 5000 miles on odometer, 4 quarts at 5000?? miles, which 2 of those 2 quarts I put it in ) ,it was inspected by service , service changed the oil .was told to bring it back after 1000 miles for re inspection, was told re inspection after 1000 miles wouldn't take long, I can wait for the car. .After 1000 miles of driving , made an appointment to get the oil level re inspected by service department , and mentioned it to the girl ,that was making the appointment that I will be waiting for the car while revisiting. Service kept the car for 2 days (with out issuing an loaner) called service the next day 02/02/22 for status on the car was told by service writer it will be ready the following day 02 03 22 around 12 noon.he will call me when its ready , called again following day at 12 noon to get an status ,"was told it should be ready by 6.00 PM. When asked service writer if any thing was discovered during the re visit , was told valve cover gasket was leaking. My question to service department or the tech that worked on the car is .... If a valve cover was leaking that bad, that made the oil level go down to minimum level , where information center in the car warns that your oil level is down to min level, shouldn't your technician discover the leaky valve cover the first time?, when he was inspecting the car when it was inspected on 02/02/22 ???? That's why I rate them 3 stars. More
Their follow up is terrible. They installed a faulty windshield wiper which scratched my windshield. They should have simply replaced the wiper and my windshield. Instead, they said they would look into it and get back to me. It’s been several weeks now and I haven’t heard from them even though I’ve called them at least six times. Next time, I’ll buy a Lexus. Their service is much better. Even the BMW guy said so. More
Third time in a row I had problems with this dealership. First time I waited for 90 mins because they forgot I was there. The last time I asked them to change my oil and my rep said it was fine and didn’t need a change. 2 days later my oil light went on and it needs a change. So now I have to take another day from work to drop my car off and be inconvenienced theses guys used to be great but went down hill about a year ago. More
