This dealership where I had my vehicle serviced gave a horrible customer service. The dealership, has a very cold, carless, and a callus attitude towards their customers, and their work. Horrible experience. They gave my car back with a flat tire, and they were the cause. They refused to take responsibility, and accountability for their actions. No one in the dealership owns their work, or responsibility. The dealership has no integrity. And as far as the vehicle is concerned, it has issues that should be construed as a recall. More

This dealership has no customer service any longer. My partner and I had purchased over 7 cars. My X6 I leased for 3 years. It was a Demo and I was told I had a three year maintenance warranty when I My partner and I had purchased over 7 cars. My X6 I leased for 3 years. It was a Demo and I was told I had a three year maintenance warranty when I leased it. Much to my surprise it expired May of this year. I took it in for service 13 days after expiration! They wanted to charge me $900 for service. Yet my lease is stun intact until the end of August. My sales person Renee said he made a mistake on my warranty , that he did tell me until the end of August. Yet the dealership refused to pay for the service. This is unreal and beware of the fraud this dealership has. More
