First, were sold a warranty by the dealership. When we went to use it for the first time, it covered less than 10% of the repair costs. Dealership should have sold us a BMW warranty. Second, the dealership had the car for four days to just replace an axel boot, replace a coolant tank that leaked and an oil change. Five minutes out of the garage the front wheel almost came off. According to service manager, the axel is bent. How bad does a screw up have to be in order to bend an axel. We spent 3K on repairs and we are worse off than before we went there. Third, we were charged to replace a leaking coolant tank on a car with 16k miles. This is a known issue with all F90 models. Why didn't BMW replace this for free as it is a known issue. No answer to this question from the service advisor. Summarizing, this is an incompetent dealership that doesn't give two cents about doing "the right thing" or customer service. My new mission is to post my bad experience about this dealer on every forum, every social media platform and spread the news to avoid this business. More
