The main reason I am writing this review is because I am very disappointed with this dealership when it comes to taking extra care of my vehicle. I took my vehicle in one day for an oil change plus getting very disappointed with this dealership when it comes to taking extra care of my vehicle. I took my vehicle in one day for an oil change plus getting my Iphone 4S to sync with my vehicles bluetooth. I got my vehicle back with a dent on my drivers side door. The service advisor told me that I was not able to use my Iphone with this vehicle because it was too new and not on the list of phones to use with my 2009 BMW X3. However they agreed to have my door repaired properly. As far as my phone was concerned they told me to go back to the dealership I purchased the vehicle to get the access code for my blue tooth, because in order for them to do it they were going to charge me $150 to retrieve the code. That was fine with me! Therefore, I drove a total of 100 miles going and coming back, and I got my problem resolved. The iphone 4S does work with my vehicle, unlike what the advisor told me that it wouldn't. And now to get the point! This isn't the first time I have taken my vehicle to this dealership for servicing. This is the second time they have damaged my vehicle. Prior to this vehicle I had leased a 2007 vehicle from them and there was damage done to my vehicle again. Is it my luck or is it careless people they hire to work on expensive vehicles. Now you are all wondering why I kept on going back to the dealership. Well I figured it can't happen again! Plus it's close to where I live. Well after my last visit I found out now that after all the problems they have caused me as a customer, they don't want to service my vehicle anymore. It's so hilarious that a company causes a customer grief and makes you feel like that you are the bad guy. My advice to everyone try to avoid this dealership for any service work to be done. Plus they also try to push customers to get extra stuff done at your own expense when it is not necessary. More
after having such a horrible experience at beverly hills bmw i have been dreadinghaving to go back to bmw for anything. but, since i purchased the extended warranty for service i had to take it for the yea bmw i have been dreadinghaving to go back to bmw for anything. but, since i purchased the extended warranty for service i had to take it for the yearly service. i expected the worst but greg made the whole experience awesome. an honest, nice guy wanting to give his best, who'da thunk? he even went above and beyond to figure out my bluetooth that hasnt worked since i purchased the car from beverly hills. see greg for the best experience i've ever had at a dealership. very testingly good. it found it interesting how they did what they did. very personable, good knowledge and over all really wonderful to deal with. Went in with a simple problem- noisy weather stripping leaking air. Three visits and three attempts, no satisfaction. Shop foreman "test drove" the car, deemed it fixed, noise reappears on the way home th leaking air. Three visits and three attempts, no satisfaction. These guys are inconsitent with what they say or do. I have had 4 cars purchased from them over the past years and generally they top off the oil for free if the car is under warrantee. Depentds which associate you get they make a subjective decision if they want to charge or not. It's realy not about the money it's the inconsistency of service. I would not recommend them. More
Went to Pacific BMW out of convenience since it is near my house and it was definitely an unexpected but pleasant surprise! My experience with dealerships in the past has made me nervous but after coming in to just "look around" I was pleasantly surprised with the sales process and got a great deal on a lease. I had to come back a month later to get an item fixed (I knew about it at the time of my lease) and even that was a great experience warranty work was covered and got my car back the same day! I was so happy with the whole thing that I even bought myself a BMW chain from their store. Overall far exceeded my expectations and will continue to be a Pacific BMW customer! More
Took my vehicle in for a sensor repair, but was heavily pressured to have maintenance performed. I opted not to since I have an independent BMW specialist whom I trust. When I received my vehicle back, I was surprised to see that they did not properly return all the plastic console panels and managed to heavily scratch up my interior. Had to leave the car for an additional 4 days so that they could replace the damaged interior parts. I still cannot believe that this dealership operates their Service Department in this manner. Their Service Dept needs to look into improving their customer service experience and make some organizational changes to hire mature competent individuals rather than young inexperienced kids. I will never take my vehicle to this dealership ever again. More
I live in the South Bay area and I drive to Pacific BMW for sales and service needs. I has been with this dealer since the mid 80's and have purchased all my BMWs from them. great service. got a loaner without an appointment in one day. i thought their pricing is okay and not too bad and got a free car wash too. All bmw service depts are pretty expensive to start with. These people will cheat you - don't take your car to this dealership. Warranty work they said was done - was not done. After taking my car to the dealership for regular maintenance and warranty work, new pr dealership. Warranty work they said was done - was not done. After taking my car to the dealership for regular maintenance and warranty work, new problems -5 months later made me take it to another dealership. The work that Pacific BMW certified was done, was never done (replace cracked boot casings, replace brakes, rotors). I took my car to another dealer 5 months later and found out that they never did the work they said they did (and probaly charged BMW for). More
