Extremely Rude I brought my car here for service as it's the closest dealership to my house. They keep my car for a week, I start my car and immediately get a low ti I brought my car here for service as it's the closest dealership to my house. They keep my car for a week, I start my car and immediately get a low tire notification after I had clearly mentioned that I was having issues with this. They insisted they had checked everything and nothing was wrong. They do quickly give my tire air. I drive my car off the lot and head on the freeway towards the airport. I quickly get another notification saying my Drive Terrain is malfunctioning and my car begins to violently shake the whole way until I get to my destination. I call my service agent and explain to him the issues and he tells me to come in after my weekend trip and they will see what the issues are. Due to unforeseen circumstances my trip gets delayed 1 day. I call on what is now Sunday in the morning around 10 am to ask if I can still come in and how I can get a loaner car as it's Dec 23rd and I need to head to families for the holiday. I call 4 times throughout the day and each time am told the manager is the best person to talk to about this but he is busy so he will call me back. I never get a call back. I finally decide to take my car in as I have waited all day and need this issue to be resolved. I walk in and see the sales manager, Thomas Kamenos, sitting at the front desk. I explain to him the issues as it does not seem like he has heard anything about this prior to me walking in. He instantly says that there's nothing he can do and getting me a loaner car is out of the question as the service department is closed on Sundays. I go on to tell him how imperative it is that I get some car to drive as I need to make it to my families house for Christmas and how frustrating this whole situation has already been. Then another sales man who is standing next to him asks me if I the car truly unable to be driven if I need it so badly. I tell him, again, that the car shakes when I drive it so what does he think. Then Thomas Kamenos has the nerve to smugly say that the only way I'd be driving a car off the lot tonight is if I purchase a new one and then he would happily be able to sell me one. Confused why he thinks it's ok to say that to me in the manner of which he did, I tell him is comment is inappropriate. He looks as if he's holding back laughter. I am left with no choice but to call an Uber and deal with my car issues on another day with someone more mature. More

Terrible Service I’ve been meaning to write a review to let others know that my experience at this dealership was terrible. My service manager was rude from the minute I’ve been meaning to write a review to let others know that my experience at this dealership was terrible. My service manager was rude from the minute I met her. They had my car for a week and she never gave me updates until I reached out to her. I explained the issues, which they said they couldn’t find, and didn’t try to address. When I got the invoice it appeared I was being charged for something warranty covered. When i called the service manager she asked what do you want to know about the invoice. When I told her about the charge she said she had noted it was covered by warranty. BTW, this note was not obvious and in fact, when I went to pick up the car a different person tried to charge me. I had to tell HIM about her note, which he finally found. Never going back here. I thought BMW would have superior service. So wrong! More
