Appointments don’t mean anything. After booking an appointment for an oil change with a 2-week lead time, I was left waiting upon check in. I booked the appointment and loaner for early morning so that I could get to work on time. Despite showing up on time, the service team still had me waiting for check in and waiting for the loaner car. The car then took 1.25 days for the oil change. We have an infant seat in the car, and it was terribly inconvenient for them to ignore our scheduled appointment. We have had multiple Mercedes and have always gone to the Mb dealer for service and it has been great. This was our first BMW in a while. Sadly, this taints our experience with the brand. More
Worst Customer Service I have been to Pacific BMW about 10 times in total for my 2014 435i. I have reported the same problem with my car each time and get different excuses as to why these issues exist. DO NOT BUY THIRD PARTY WARRANTY. I was fooled into paying $4k believing that everything with the car service warranty was covered except for tires. I was wrong. It doesn't include tightening of any sort on the vehicle, alignment, speakers, batteries, 3-4 month services like oil changes, etc. Waste of money for thinking you're receiving a service. I requested my speakers be changed due to the speakers being blown out. The service department claims that they would have to change my battery in order to do testing on my car speakers (which isn't included in the warranty package)? What? Additionally, The service department has ruined the interior of my vehicle. Grease marks on my carpets, on the side door trip, and my center console all have grease with black marks. Previously from me coming in, I had found an empty "Vape" box in my PASSENGER seat (which is rarely used) in the passenger door. It was not mine nor any of my friends or family. I know for a fact my car was taken out for a joy ride while they were smoking in my car. This is not how you treat your loyal customers. I will not be returning back to this scam More

Service took about three hours and they offered to take me to the mall while I waited which was nice. One overall Con with BMW compares to Audi, who I leased two vehicles with prior: they had my ex husbands name and contact info for some reason eventhough I never supplied it to them and it caused them to contact him several times which was a) embarrassing b) odd violation of privacy c) caused me to miss communication to set up my automatically payment which resulted in a late payment on my lease, which I would have never done otherwise. Workmanship and waiting time Workers did not use a service floor mat so I ended up with stained carpet. Not pleased. Also, I had to wait 40 minutes until I received a car. Not only did she ignore my text, she never left my key with the front desk. So I made a trip all the way to Glendale for no reason. I went in to speak with a sales representative regarding a new lease since my car is almost due. He was very rude, belittled me and didn’t even want to sit down and give me a breakdown of the numbers and just told me to go online and look. More
Sub Par I bought my 2015 BMW used in May from CarMax. I was told upon purchase that the BMW service/maintenance plan was valid until January 2019. Between May and December, I took the vehicle in with no issues. Upon the third time in December of bringing the vehicle in, I signed the paperwork and left my vehicle at BMW for service. About two hours later I received a call that I had to pay for the maintenance. I had to explain to my service representative how little sense that made that suddenly not being covered made no sense. He argued with me for about 5 minutes before telling me he would ask his supervisor. He never called me back to tell me if I needed to pay and about six hours later I got a call telling me my vehicle service was complete. The whole experience was garbage, the communication was poor, and I’m glad my warranty with BMW is up so I don’t need to deal with Pacific BMW any further. More
