Computers issues. They hold my vehicle for 5 days.,reboot my computer,but haven't really fix things.,not happy. Disorganized Both times when dropping off and picking up my car there seemed to be tons of confusion as to whom would help me process the paperwork and lots of lag Both times when dropping off and picking up my car there seemed to be tons of confusion as to whom would help me process the paperwork and lots of lag time with no one to check in on me. I basically sat in my car for 25 mins until someone noticed me. I will be going to Beverly Hills bmw next time. Not worth the time wasted. More
