Oil change service I never received loaner but in my papers I noticed $120 loaner charge, also I was promised to get the car before 1:00, but I got the text 4:00 o'clock I never received loaner but in my papers I noticed $120 loaner charge, also I was promised to get the car before 1:00, but I got the text 4:00 o'clock that the car is ready. Disappointing customer service I was going to be a little late. I called and informed them. When I got there, I was not greeted by the consultant that was assigned to me. I said hel I was going to be a little late. I called and informed them. When I got there, I was not greeted by the consultant that was assigned to me. I said hello how are you, he said "fine." I had to ask him his name. He never introduced himself. He addressed me only to say "sign here ma'm!" He seemed to be annoyed that he had to help me. When I made the appointment, I had asked about the time needed and was told it was going to be a 2 hour service. I planned accordingly. I'm glad I asked when should I be back, then he told me it would be till later in the afternoon. He told me it was going to take much longer than 2 hours. I was disappointed. Finally, while I was there getting the cold treatment, another customer walked in and my customer service rep, all of a sudden had a big smile and said: "Hi how are you? Are you here for service?" I was shocked that he was that kind to another customer while I was there getting a below par service. I never had dealt with this person in the past and I was extremely kind to him. I don't understand the lack of professionalism from this service representative. BMW should be more selective when placing these types of people in "Customer Service" positions. More
Didn’t doall the work. Did oil change. Asked them to reattach a plastic piece had fallen off the driver’s seat and to reattach the anchors for the floor mats. Was told when Did oil change. Was told when i picked it up by the service advisor that he tried but couldn’t get the anchors to reattach. Said there was nothing to do. Seriously? $50k car and i now live with flor mats that slide around? I don’t think he asked a service technician to try. In addition, a plastic piece on the left hand side of the driver’s seat has fallen off a couple of times. I asked that it somehow be firmly reattached. When i picked up the car he said it was a piece underneath the seat that couldn’t be reattached. I finally spent some time myself and figured out how to get it to stay. As usual, really indifferent service and it feel like I’m not the preferred ethnicity of the neighborhood. I’ll never come back here. And btw, we bought a new 530e at another dealer two weeks ago, in part, because of a really insulting email offer for my x3 which i ended up selling for many many thousands more $ than your unsolicited offer. Good luck with your scam operation. More

Took care of everything the car needed and knowing that I was struggling to keep my little guy occupied, he gave him a bmw toy car and that really showed his costumer service level. He really took great care of us all around. I would highly recommend Manny and this location. More
Great service, but didn't seem in customer's best interest. 15 months into my lease I was told I needed new brakes, but did not have this included as part of my maintenance package. The service employee told me 15 months into my lease I was told I needed new brakes, but did not have this included as part of my maintenance package. The service employee told me the new brakes would cost ~$1100 (parts and labor). I reached out to the Finance department and they informed me I could add the brake package to my maintenance package for less than $850 and this would cover my current issue (plus any future issue throughout the duration of my lease). The fact that the service employee did not make this recommendation from the onset was clearly not in the best interest of the customer (me) and my opinion of BMW has been damaged as a result. More
