You consistently have the most terrible service of any dealership in the area. I was told by Jesus there would be a two-three hour wait for an oil change-it was over FOUR HOURS! Why do you offer "wait" appointments if you can't honor them? There is no excuse for why a simple oil change should take four hours, or cost $200. Normally they have been fine, but this time they lied to me about calling the insurance company when my busted tire needed to be replaced.
