BMW maintenance is the best doctor for my BMW I've been going there for several years, mainly because of Amie Gasabyan. She's my BMW adviser. I like BMWs. Fine service The work is solid, but the customer service from the service department is less than stellar. I called 3 times with no answer. Twice I left a message and both times called were returned 24-48 hours later. I finally made an appointment online and THEN got two customer service calls AFTER I had received my car back from repairs, returning my earlier calls. Really?? More
