Oil Change I had a simple oil change. When I got the car back - the check engine light was on, all my settings were erased from the car, I had to reset the tire I had a simple oil change. When I got the car back - the check engine light was on, all my settings were erased from the car, I had to reset the tire settings (nobody told me). I have to get the car back to the dealer to have the check engine light issue resolved. Real Pain More

Tire inspection problematic I took my vehicle in to have a leak in my back tire fixed. The first time I dropped it off the mechanic said we could find a leak it looks good and h I took my vehicle in to have a leak in my back tire fixed. The first time I dropped it off the mechanic said we could find a leak it looks good and he sent me on my way. The light came back on showing the tire was leaking again. I returned my vehicle and asked them to do the proper test on the back tire. They did. I had to buy new tire. When I picked up my car I drove it back home and when I checked the tire pressure Each tire had a different tire pressure.33,30,34 43! Ridiculous and evidence of a lack of quality control. What a bummer especially since I had requested for this tire to be fixed months ago . More
