Three visits to Pacific BMW and disappointed Setting appointments are to save both the customer's and service departments time. My last two visits to pick up my car at the scheduled time I had t Setting appointments are to save both the customer's and service departments time. My last two visits to pick up my car at the scheduled time I had to wait 30 to 40 minutes. I should be in and out in 10 to 15 mins. Secondly, leaving voice or text message are futile. I don't get a response. For instance, I left a message (voice mail and text) for my service advisor as of last Friday (2/22) 10:01am and still have not got a response (Mon 2/25). Not very professional guys. Therefore, my next visit for service will be at Alexander BMW. However, it should be noted, Albert Hong was very apologetic and helpful. You guys should promote him. He hustles and gets things done. Perfect example of professional customer service. More
Stand by their work I came in with a long list of fixes for my car, which I bought used and the warranty is soon to expire. They dealt with every fix and gave me a loane I came in with a long list of fixes for my car, which I bought used and the warranty is soon to expire. They dealt with every fix and gave me a loaner. Unfortunately, some of the fixes were not addressed, so I returned my car and got a loaner again. They never argued with me, and they made a point to make sure the incomplete fixes were good this time. I don't ask for perfection, i ask for accountability, and they were very accountable and professional about it. More
