Routine service ran 45 minutes - 1 hour late I got to the service appointment 20-30 minutes early. The 2-hour oil change service ran 45min-1 hour late. Fantastic! From start to finish, Manny was excellent to work with. Amazing in fact! Bad experience taking my car for a service Really bad experience. Made me wait 45 min, my car was not washed, it was just rinsed and wet because they were runnng late. Disappointed I came to Pacific BMW to get my car serviced. I have had my X1 for excatly 1 year, and my car started to make a grinding noise. Brought it in for serv I came to Pacific BMW to get my car serviced. I have had my X1 for excatly 1 year, and my car started to make a grinding noise. Brought it in for service and I guess my brakes/ rotors are already worn out. The service advisor Galo quoted me at $1,100. I called up my original dealership and they told me I should of been offered the $600 maintenance package. I was very dissapointed that Galo did not just offer me this upgrade in the first place. If I did not call around, I would of spent an extra $500. More
