He is patient, caring, helpful and overall an awesome guy! He truly is a pleasure to deal with and always greets me with a great big smile. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Pacific BMW. The whole process, from scheduling the appointment to driving out, was efficient and courteous. My service person, Remy Carretero, was particularly outstanding. He knew I was waiting for the car, so he made an extra effort to streamline everything to keep my wait to a minimum. He, and the service department, texted me with updates periodically. I assume the service required disconnecting the battery. Since then, I have not been able to have the car pair with my iPhone in a Bluetooth connection. Remy made suggestions, but so far I'm still getting "Connection Unsuccessful." That's a bit annoying, but I don't think it's Pacific BMW's fault. I hope the construction is completed soon. The current waiting area is not nearly as comfortable or work friendly as the former one. More

It was disappointing I had a 10:15 appointment. i was 5 mins early. they made me wait ONE Hour to get my loaner car and leave. What is the point of an appointment if you get there and still have to wait one hour to get your loaner car and leave. I was literally there until 11:15am. Huge waste of my time. The people are great. I have been working with Gilbert for some years now and he is a superb service representative. I have a great relationship with Lori Kizirian. She has sold me a number of cars and I trust her without a doubt. I am just disappointed that the people handling the loaner car were so bad about the handoff time of getting me in and out of there. More
You must pay more atention to details I have take 3 BMW vehicles to service and only one has been service correctly. The other 2 vehicles I have had to go back for additional service. My 2018 X1 of 2 services I had to return 2 times to fix things that were no be done correctly. The first time the X1 was leaking oil, the second time the vehicle was not reset after service. Both times took time of my busy schedule. We also brought a 328 to service, and the battery was not changed, considering that that was the reason for us taking the car to service. When I take my cars to service, I do not rush you or ask you to service the car in an unreasonable time frame. I do not understand why you do not have a quality check service. Overall less then average service. I don't like BMW Monrovia service either, they are worse than you. I like BMW's but now, I am wondering if all BMW dealer services are that poor, and for me the safety and the trust in my vehicle is vital. More
