I showed up Monday morning without an appointment, and the service center took my in happily without any issues. Danny helped me get checked in and a courtesy vehicle. I was in and out within an hour! The service team at Pacific BMW is courtesy and thorough! They set me updates about my vehicle and rectified the issue within a few hours. I highly recommend to anyone needing their BMW serviced or looked at! More

The most awful experience ever Went in for a recall, came out with a missing music knob and my tail light indicator on. Returned with an appointment...waited 4 hours and my vehic Went in for a recall, came out with a missing music knob and my tail light indicator on. Returned with an appointment...waited 4 hours and my vehicle never even got looked at. To this day...missing my volume knob and they refused to look at my tail light. Mind you, I went in with no lights on my dashboard and my volume knob in tacted. Worse experience ever....KEEP AWAY More

I had my brand new X3 serviced there for an electronic defective part. Amie kept me updated and made sure that all my concerns were addressed. That is high quality service. When the repairs were completed, my car was delivered clean and spotless. Overall experience is A+. More
