I showed up Monday morning without an appointment, and the service center took my in happily without any issues. Danny helped me get checked in and a courtesy vehicle. I was in and out within an hour! The service team at Pacific BMW is courtesy and thorough! They set me updates about my vehicle and rectified the issue within a few hours. The most awful experience ever Went in for a recall, came out with a missing music knob and my tail light indicator on. Returned with an appointment...waited 4 hours and my vehic Went in for a recall, came out with a missing music knob and my tail light indicator on. Returned with an appointment...waited 4 hours and my vehicle never even got looked at. To this day...missing my volume knob and they refused to look at my tail light. Mind you, I went in with no lights on my dashboard and my volume knob in tacted. Worse experience ever....KEEP AWAY More
