Service Review I would have given a 5 star review, except that when I got my car back the driver side mat was soiled and really dirty. Normally, BMW would have pape I would have given a 5 star review, except that when I got my car back the driver side mat was soiled and really dirty. Normally, BMW would have paper mats and paper cover over seat and mat. None of that, and I am truly disappointed especially that it rained that day. My car interior is light beige, and the mat was disgustingly dirty showing big boot shoe marks of the guy who gave me my key back. I did not notice until I returned to my office. I sent a picture to my service rep Galo, but all he could offer was for me to come back to have mat cleaned. I would rather have new mats. In any case, the service was okay. Galo was professional. More
