The Service part was good. The scheduling was awful. Danny was awesome. My big complaint is that when I scheduled a time with Linda, I was not told that the car will not be ready when I brought it in lat Danny was awesome. I rushed into afternoon traffic from the West Valley into Glendale only to find out I cannot get a simple oil change done that day. I had to reschedule to make sure I got a loaner. More

It can be difficult to drop off your car for service with no indication of the types of work the vehicle needs or how long it might take- Gilbert always does an excellent job of not only thoroughly addressing any concerns, but provides realistic expectations & excellent communication regarding the status of work required. I drive over an hour and past 2 other BMW dealerships/service centers to come to Pacific BMW due to the caliber of customer service I receive from Gilbert and the rest of the team.
