Excellent customer care at all around I had received a recall on the airbag in my 2003X5, which I bought new in 2003, and I brought it in and they replaced it very closely within three ho I had received a recall on the airbag in my 2003X5, which I bought new in 2003, and I brought it in and they replaced it very closely within three hours but give me a loaner car so I can get to my job for two critical meetings that week. At every step of the way everyone was incredibly friendly and the amenities are perfection, coffee donuts water every day, what else can you ask for! More
