Excellent customer care at all around I had received a recall on the airbag in my 2003X5, which I bought new in 2003, and I brought it in and they replaced it very closely within three ho I had received a recall on the airbag in my 2003X5, which I bought new in 2003, and I brought it in and they replaced it very closely within three hours but give me a loaner car so I can get to my job for two critical meetings that week.
