For the Customer I only wish I had come to Pacific BMW sooner. For years I've been going to another local BMW dealership for service. My experience with this other loc I only wish I had come to Pacific BMW sooner. For years I've been going to another local BMW dealership for service. My experience with this other local BMW dealership is that (even when the car is under warranty) they don't find or fix the problem/s. Out of pure frustration I took my BMW to Pacific BMW and they fixed it right away. I'm also very happy with my service rep, Galo. Thank you for restoring my faith in BMW!!! More

Wonderful Service Remy was terrific! My first experience with him as Service Advisor and he did a great job! I got the loaner and everything taken care of with my c Remy was terrific!
