Incredible Service I needed collision repair for my 440i. Whole process went smooth with everyone professional and keeping me informed throughout with occasional texts. While walking through the mechanics area Kenny was keenly aware of trip hazards and bent down to move things out of our path. Risk managers use the term "highly reliable organizations" to mean teams developed to act to avoid harm events which Kenny clearly has been educated on. The loaner department was also exceptional. I was given a loaner that was clean and served me well. While working the paperwork I was asked to have a seat in the air conditioned waiting area rather than stay outside - another plus that was clearly educated to your staff. Bravo and well done! More
Better experience from the first time I took my still under warranty 550i to Pacific BMW because the trunk was making a thumping noise upon opening and closing on June 3, 2019. It took them about 8hrs to notify me that they couldn’t hear anything coming from the trunk and gave me back my vehicle. I took it back the following week after I recorded the sound and this time they fixed the issue. Remy was my service rep the second time and I thought his customer service was excellent. He really tried to make amends for what happened the prior week and never tried to make excuses for what the service team failed to do last time. I will definitely request for Remy for any services I will need in the future. More

It was bad experience. Bad communication. They never responded my call or text after I dropped my car for service. Wanted to know ETA so I can plan my schedule but couldn’t Bad communication. Selling a car is important but after service is much more important as they are also potential customers for their next car. More

Great Service Experience & Manager Manny Rocks!! I came in last week June '19 and had a few basic issues (strange noises etc.) alongside my cars first service, upon explaining my issues Manny Rocks!! I came in last week June '19 and had a few basic issues (strange noises etc.) alongside my cars first service, upon explaining my issues Manny quickly had the mechanic foreman come for a ride along where I got detailed descriptions of the noises I thought were issues; car was serviced and issues resolved in half a day while I was given the brand new G20 3-series to check out. GREAT JOB!! More
