He received MY voicemails and texts BUT I DID NOT receive ANY of his replies. At PACIFIC BMW, as I explained to Marisela, Christopher and Bob, I have NEVER had ANY phone and text communication PROBLEMS in the Service and Sales Departments for the last 5 YEARS…until with Bob Shehab’s phone on November 22 and the several days following…to this day NO ONE has helped me finalize the ANSWER TO: > WHY did this happen? > WHAT caused it ( just assumptions were made)? > WHO is going to make it right? I was the FIRST customer that requested a Test Drive on a car from the newly posted ONLINE AD on the evening of Novembers 17. I spent over 2 HOURS with Bob S., and 2 LONG conversations with Marisela making my interest VERY CLEAR…the car was SOLD when there was a PHONE PROBLEM. Finally, Marisela gave me a different number to text Bob S…. I asked him, “When the car sell?” His reply, “ IT DOESN’T MATTER WHEN IT WAS SOLD!” EVERYTHING that I experienced at Pacific BMW beginning with my phone call to MARISELA on November 17, 2023 until CHRISTOPHER P.’s last email to me on December 6, 2023 HAS MATTERED TO ME! This was my THIRD experience with PACIFIC BMW that has been DIFFICULT and DISCOURAGING! Glendale is my hometown. I worked for GUSD for 30+ years. I wanted to give this dealership my business. I willing to give them a third try for a better or even a great experience! It did NOT happen. The only thought I was left with is that PACIFIC BMW picks and chooses WHO THEY VALUE. I did NOT feel VALUED!!! More
