A little expensive but worth it. Pacific BMW does great work. The service writers are polite and great at communicating what services you will receive at what price. I rarely get the feeling that they try to upsell unnecessary services. My car is always returned immaculately clean. Unfortunately last time they lost my key and I spent 45 minutes waiting for my car, but they were very concerned about it and apologized profusely. Really a first rate service experience. More
