He is ready with my paperwork and extremely accommodating in every way. The loaner is ready and I walk around with another representative to do an inspection. Sorry I didn't get his name, but he was also fantastic. Narek sends me a text when my car is ready, and the return process and is equally quick and efficient. My car is returned to me in beautiful condition with every surface shiny like new. More

Sub-standard Service To a tune of six BMWs, we have been using this facility to lease/purchase and service our cars. Their customer service used to be excellent. The servi To a tune of six BMWs, we have been using this facility to lease/purchase and service our cars. Their customer service used to be excellent. The service rep would communicate with you and keep you updated on the service or repair progress, a loaner commensurate to the car you were driving was always provided, and there was no wait time to drop off your car, pick up a loaner, head back to work, hear from the service adviser, return, drop off the loaner and pick up your car where the service advisor would meet you and go over the work done. Recently, and sadly, the above routine is pretty much eroded. Calls to the service department for an appointment is a major task by and of itself. For, mostly no one picks up the phone. I was able to finally (three tries) to make an appointment to bring my new 2019 530 (about 1000 miles driven) for check engine light and rattling/squeaking sound with the driver side window. It took me about one half hour in total time spent to finally get to meet my service advisor and explain the issues with the new car. I was given a lower model loaner and drove back to work. Then, for the next three days there was no communication whatsoever from my adviser. I pinged her twice (SMS) to get an answer and never heard back from her. Obviously, being a working individual, I wanted to plan my day and factor in pick up and drop off in my schedule. But, did not hear from her. Then, I received a call from the BMW corporate office asking for my experience. I told the caller about the existing situation and she tried to call the service department which again went unanswered. Finally, after the caller had left a message for the service adviser, she communicated with me about my car's status. By then, I had left work and was in Granada Hills (4:00 pm) and weekend approaching, I had to use the loaner until Monday 07/22. I went back to pick up my car on Monday, and asked to meet with my service adviser only to be told that she was with another customer and could not meet with me. That, any adviser could help me. And they did. I was rather disappointed again. Thinking what is the logic of a personal adviser when anybody can help the returning customer of many many years. All the bells and whistles ... yet at the end of the day an unorganized and disconnected service one can only expect at a Chrysler! To sum it up, I expected a call back from the advisor which I never received. Nor, there was a follow up call following all the little things here and there that left a bad taste. I am not trying to be a nitpicking customer. I am being requested to rate my experience and without the constructive criticism, I do not see the point of just giving five stars and pretending everything was to my expectation. More
