Horrible Your entire service techs (not the advisors) the techs mechanics engineers whatever you want to call them need to get trained in their field of work Your entire service techs (not the advisors) the techs mechanics engineers whatever you want to call them need to get trained in their field of work and start fixing the problems on the cars that people bring in to fix instead of just making all saying everyone’s cars and handing it back to them I have been at the dealership longer than I’ve had my car I should literally be on my period was the most horrible service I have ever encountered that explains why it used to be free. Once all my leases are up with bmw I will never get another bmw or get it from pacific bmw again ..... instead of pointing the finger at your clients as accusing them of ruining their own cars you should make sure your techs are up to standard first...
