They have a synchronized system in place that allows the customer to feel that his/her time is their priority. If for any reason you have to wait a few minutes, their lobby is supplied with free snacks and drinks. The only drink missing is good coffee. More

Quality control issues cause big delay When I purchased my lease return, there was a significant scratch on the driver side fender which the salesmen assured me they would fix after the pur When I purchased my lease return, there was a significant scratch on the driver side fender which the salesmen assured me they would fix after the purchase. I drop the car off less than a week after I bought it and was told it would take 5 days to repair the fender. At the end of the week, I find out there is a quality control issue and it will take another week to get me my car. After almost 3 weeks, the car is finally returned to me with an empty tank. I returned the loaner, which was a small class car that the one I purchased, with a full tank. While the service person, Monica, was friendly, courteous and helpful, the repair process she represented set unreliable expectation. I would have also appreciated a similar class loaner to have to use for 3 weeks without the class of car I just purchased. More

Wonderful Experience as Always Performed the regularly schedule maintenance on my 2017 530i. Called the day before and got an appt. for the next morning (7:30 was the earliest).
