Manny and Remy provide excellent customer service and are very easy going. They actually listen to the customer and make you feel like you are important. I recommend the service dept. at Pacific BMW to all my friends and family and even strangers. I would not even dream of servicing my car at any other location. The fact that I can rely on Manny and Remy without any doubts that my car is in the best hands is worth everything! More

Service was ok. The main disappears when I found out that our service coverage was ended the day before and I had to pay for the maintenance out of pocket!! My experience was great. The only thing that doesn't take it to the top is the fact that when I'm done I wait a long time for the cars ahead of me to clear, so I can leave.
