My name is Dr. LAWERENCE COHEN. I have had at least 10 BMWs which I have leased or purchased from Pacific BMW over the last 15 to 20 years and longer. I had an appointment at 1:45pm, and showed up a little early at 1:35pm. I waited until 2:10pm until someone helped me. I was just sitting in my car until I flagged someone down. Same thing happens when I pick up the car, I seemingly have to wait 30 minutes just for it to be brought downstairs. I know the facility is busy, but it always feels like I'm wasting a lot of my time waiting. More

Poor communication, especially the courtesy loaner department. No one ever picks up or returns phone calls. They are horrible!
