Pacific BMW - Service Center

This was my first experience with BMW. It was horrible. My apt was at 11:15 and I didn’t get out of there until 1:45. They told me to move both cars to the street so I could transfer my personal stuff to t My apt was at 11:15 and I didn’t get out of there until 1:45. They did help me towards the end but not only until I complained. I had a Range Rover before, so I was used to excellent service. I expected the same from BMW. They did have my car ready as I expected and when I picked up my car Gilbert was apologetic. More

Also, receiving a video update of my 330i in service was pretty cool.
