Everyone was very nice but I asked to have a creak in my front door checked. They said nothing was wrong. When I arrive the creak was still there. I let my customer rep hear it. He had to take the car back front door checked. They said nothing was wrong. When I arrive the creak was still there. I let my customer rep hear it. He had to take the car back up and then they fixed it. At the end when I got my car, they accidently kept my key and I had to go back to get it. Too many unnecessary delays. More

Great customer service. But my car appears to have a chronic issue and the techs can’t seem to figure it out unless they get an error message on my car. They keep saying my high idle is due to low octan chronic issue and the techs can’t seem to figure it out unless they get an error message on my car. They keep saying my high idle is due to low octane gas. I only use premium which is 91 in California. So the reports are incorrect. But service advisor and overall customer service is great. More
The service on the car was great. I was allowed to use a loaner car and I appreciate that. But I was disappointed with the service that I received from two service advisors that I dealt with. I was very difficult getting in touch with the advisor o get an update on my car that I dropped off for maintenance check. My car was kept for 2 days and I didn’t get answer or call back for quite some time when I tried to contact the advisor directly. I finally had to contact the service DEPT in order to get the service advisor to contact me. All I got was a text letting me know when the car would possibly be ready. When I got there to pick up my car the service advisor was gone for the day. The other advisor that helped me was unprofessional and pretty rude. It was never explained to me what service was completed on the car during a maintenance check. When I asked I was told didn’t any call you ? and that was it. More
