I expected better service from Pacific BMW. From the staring point everything was so rushed . Courtesy wasn’t really there from advisor; explanation of all services Were not given. Long waits and rude loaner car associate Hi, I have been coming to Pacific for many years and love the top notch technicians like Manny and Remy. The service department is fantastic. However, I was appalled at the lack of social distancing and general ignorance about Covid-19. My appointment was very "high-touch." The loaner car wasn't wiped down, I still had to sign a bunch of things, and my own car wasn't cleaned off when the work was complete and it was driven down by an employee without gloves or a mask, so I had to wipe it down right there upon receipt. I did wait half an hour for my car to be brought down and the service center was not busy. The loaner car person was incredibly rude. It took at least an hour to get a car. This process should be seamless and streamlined. My DL was expired (may I point out, the DMV is closed. There is nothing I can do) and she was nasty about that. The DMV has extended a courtesy period for expired documents, by the way. I can't believe the way she spoke to us, and how much unprofessional gossiping was happening instead of working on the rental. Because if all of this, I will have to try a different dealership in the future. The lack of cleanliness and distancing in this frightening time mixed with the attitude is unacceptable. More

I have yet to have good service at this dealership. I’ve been dealing with BMW Service Centers since 2007. I purchased my first BMW from Irvine BMW, but received service at Beverly Hills BMW and New Cen I’ve been dealing with BMW Service Centers since 2007. I purchased my first BMW from Irvine BMW, but received service at Beverly Hills BMW and New Century BMW. Then I purchased my 2nd BMW in 2017 from Pacific BMW and decided to service my vehicle there. Unfortunately, I am yet to be satisfied with the service I receive. I am always assigned a different Service Advisor with each visit. So there is a lack in consistency. I’ve been complaining about the same issue with my vehicle for the last 3 service visits that still hasn’t been corrected. It was literally like pulling teeth to get updates on my vehicle. A narrated video from the service technician sent via text is beyond impersonal. I may have to reconsider continued business with Pacific BMW’s Service Department. The only incentive is the loaner vehicle. More

As always the service team is stellar at pacific BMW but this time in the midst of a global pandemic the management was lacking in instructing the team on proper hygiene. None of the team were Wearing mask this time in the midst of a global pandemic the management was lacking in instructing the team on proper hygiene. None of the team were Wearing masks only one or two were wearing gloves. When the passed me over to a loaner car it hadn’t been cleaned on the interior from the last guest who even left a half drunken cup of coffee in the loaner car. They are not taking this situation seriously and I’m concerned for the health and safety of the workers and guests at pacific BMW. More
