I live in West Hollywood, but had had an excellent experience with the folks at this Glendale location (Pacific BMW) and so I reached out. Yesenia Abrego responded promptly and guided me through the process. We exchanged several emails throughout and she was always prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable. We set up an appointment for remote servicing (they'd send someone to my place to perform the replacement). The window they gave me started at 2pm. I received a phone call at precisely 2pm, on the dot. Luis was courteous and professional and explained that the repair would last 15 minutes. He lied. It took 14. He was quick, efficient, and friendly. The repair was done perfectly, and everything happened exactly as the team had explained. I'll repeat it for emphasis... I live in West Hollywood and chose to contact this branch in Glendale which is virtually the other side of the planet. And I will be contacting them for every service need moving forward. This team seems to care a lot about customer service and it has made enough of an impression that I will happily make the commute to experience more of it in the coming days. More

Open Recall Service @ Home I got a call 2 days ago from Pacific BMW telling me that there were 2 open recalls (both fire risk) related to my car and they could send next morning I got a call 2 days ago from Pacific BMW telling me that there were 2 open recalls (both fire risk) related to my car and they could send next morning a technician to replace the faulty parts at my home. Of course, all free of charge. Next morning, Erick showed up and did the work (a few hours). Both the lady on the phone (sadly, I do not remember the name) and the technician were super polite and helpful. It was a really good customer experience. More

They never wash my car very well! The oil change was good to get but my favorite part of taking my lease in for service is they wash it for you.
