I recently visited Pacific BMW and had the pleasure of working with Haybert. From start to finish, my experience was exceptional. Poor communication on delivery date (dropped off car on a Tuesday and was promised it would be done by end of week… no communication after Wednesday until following week and car wasn’t completed until the fo Tuesday and was promised it would be done by end of week… no communication after Wednesday until following week and car wasn’t completed until the following Wednesday), car was dented during time at dealer - provided picture of dent and no follow up communication, car paint was also scratched during poor wash job. Appreciated the rental car but that did not make up for an overall poor experience. More

I have been a customer of Pacific BMW since 1988 and whenever I gave a vehicle for service I received a loaner. But now I no longer get it as the dealership claim that I do not return it promptly once the repairs are carried out to my car. Yes, it did happen as I was attending multiple back to back education seminars and would leave home very early and return late. I always returned the vehicles unscathed and with the correct amount of fuel. I reached out to Mr Salvatore Rubino with the intent of getting a resolution on 3 occasions via email and at least 3 voice mail without the courtesy of a single email response or call back. I would appreciate very much an opportunity to resolve this matter. Thank you More
I took my car in for oil change. A car wash was done. No one asked if I wanted the car wash-which means the car wash was done without my consent. Upon receiving my car back I noticed A car wash was done. No one asked if I wanted the car wash-which means the car wash was done without my consent. Upon receiving my car back I noticed my quarters were gone. It appears that the person who washed my car stole money from my car. Even though the value of the quarters was only $10-the person who washed my car appears to have tipped himself. Extremely disappointing as I have always brought my car here for service. Interesting how he found his way to my cup holders where I had my quarters but not other storage spaces in my car were cleaned. I also found my work badges on the passengers side on the floor mats and in between the seats and crevices. Will not be returning after this experience. I had been a loyal customer for 7 years. Haybert told me my wheels were cracked and that after doing the oil change my car system would not connect or work so the engine oil sign still says due, however I never received a "service recommendation" email or link-which I usually always did. Im also no longer able to have access to the "service recommendations" link from past services, where I can actually check and see what the issue is. I would have preferred if the advisor texted me the link or told me this information before I had picked up car. Past advisors I have had would call or text me issues before I picked up the car, instead of telling me right when i am picking up my car. Extremely disappointed. More
