I rated experience as a 3 because of lack of update from my advisor. I dropped off my car 8am Friday due to a recall plus faulty seatbelt, replacing my front brake pads and wiper replacement. I texted my ad my advisor. I dropped off my car 8am Friday due to a recall plus faulty seatbelt, replacing my front brake pads and wiper replacement. I texted my advisor for a follow up but did not get a response. Had to call as it was after 3pm Friday. Only then did I find out that my car had to be kept for the weekend to await a part for my faulty seat belt! I had to make arrangements for a loaner. Thanks to Vanessa who was quick to respond and act, she was able to deliver loaner to my workplace half an hour before the dealership closed and before the end of my shift. I knew part was expected to arrive Tuesday. Again, no update until i texted after lunch to follow up. I read a text response sent to me after 3pm that my car was ready and that if I had a loaner It needs to be returned in 12 hours from time of message, which means loaner is due by 3 am the next day? Thankfully my work schedule is flexible as I had to drop everything so I had time to get gas, return loaner and pick up my car.with 20 minutes to spare before dealership closed. My advisor just “dismissed” me to wait outside where there was no place to sit. I waited over 15 minutes for my car outside the advisor office with all the car fumes and no chair. A couple of technicians asked me why I was waiting outside and one was kind enough to follow up with my advisor. My advisor could see me waiting outside and did not have any clients. He was just in conversation with other employees all this time. He did not even once come out to assure me that my car was coming or on its way. On a positive note, I was impressed with the video of my technician showing my car before service was started and explaining the work that was going to be done to my car. More
My service rep manny was great. However, many employees were not following proper guidelines during COVID. While they had signs all over that everyone must wear masks, it was not being enforced. It was noticeable that customers were not wearing masks themselves. Additionally there were numerous employees wearing masks over the mouth, but not covering their nose, which defeats the entire purpose. I expected better. Additionally, I was promised a certain type of vehicle as a loaner and with out addressed the promise, I was provided the exact opposite. More

I felt confident on the jobs they performed and never felt pressured to pay for thing I don't need. Pacific BMW has great customer service and enjoyed the loaner cars every time when I need service, I leased and own 4 BMWs from them over the years knowing I will always be taken care of. Other repair shop always quote lower price service but wheel you in for list of other things. The pricing for Pacific BMW service is quite competitive and for their professional service that I can rely on, I will definitely recommend them, More

My overall experience was great. My advisor was very involved and kept me in the loop as issues came about when servicing my vehicle. My experience with Pacific BMW was very poor. My brand new X1 lease had a lot of maintenance problems with the screen and Bluetooth. After multiple trips to the service department the problem is still not new X1 lease had a lot of maintenance problems with the screen and Bluetooth. After multiple trips to the service department the problem is still not fixed. Next, with an exception of two people overall the staff was not empathetic to my situation and did not provide a luxury service. Lastly, the light interior stains if you wear blue jeans which the sales team should warn customers about. Mercedes or Audi light interior does not have this problem. I was very much looking forward to leasing a BMW however, after this experience I unfortunately would not recommend to lease with Pacific BMW. More
