Have not had such a bad experience at any service center like at pacific bmw. Their property is poorly maintained. Dealer is not willing to admit negligence on their part. Horrible service and support they treat you with utmost disrespect. Management is lacking in customer service skills and does not care about you as a customer. But they are willing to take huge amounts of cash from you. More
