Communication was poor. I had to ask 3 times to get my wiper blades changed. Didn’t get returned calls. Also When I first called was just told to come in, no information taken. Then had to come back bec wiper blades changed. Didn’t get returned calls. Also When I first called was just told to come in, no information taken. The service department was the worst they seemed uninterested in finding out what was wrong with my car on two separate occasions. The second time I provided video evidence and still this dealer cla uninterested in finding out what was wrong with my car on two separate occasions. The second time I provided video evidence and still this dealer claimed they could not duplicate the issue after having the care for more than 1 week. The other issue is that they quoted me nearly 2k on recalibrating a sensor. I decided to take this to a different dealer as Pacific seemed incapable and Center BMW was able to identify the issue after only having the car for 4 hrs and they fixed it with no problems in addition the same repair they quoted me 1k.
