Good regular maintenance work; rattle not fixed Brought 430I convertible to dealer for regular service and a noisy rattle from the driver's side rear panel when top is up. No rattle when top is dow Brought 430I convertible to dealer for regular service and a noisy rattle from the driver's side rear panel when top is up. No rattle when top is down. My car was dropped off on Saturday and picked up on Tuesday - so plenty of time to inspect. The apparent "fix" was to replace a clip for the parking brake. As soon as I drove off, the rattle was still there. A drive around the block would have made that apparent. I did not have time to leave the car again. More

My service advisor Henry Burmayan was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He was on time to my appointment, was professional, and most important extremely friendly with a good personality. Often times service advisors can have horrible personalities so it was an added bonus that Henry had an awesome personality. The work was completed on-time and as promised and Henry kept updating the status of the car for me throughout the day. Moving forward I am only going to service my vehicle at Pacific BMW, even if that means that I have to visit the dealer on a Saturday. More

Been going to this dealership for 3 years and its amazing but the last service i got was not satisfying. Did an oil change. My car was inspected and they sent me a video for me to check, some recommendations but the last service i got was not satisfying. Did an oil change. My car was inspected and they sent me a video for me to check, some recommendations was told by the inspector and said that that my advisor will give me estimates and I am expecting that when i pick my car my advisors(Narek) will give me some explanation and estimates. Nothing was told and just told me that I already paid and good to go and he handed me my key. And then I asked about the leak in my oil gasket and i told him that it was repaired last october under my warranty, but he told me that a 10k mileage make a difference and now i need to repair it without the warranty, sounds mean to me and i just left without getting anything from him! that sums up my last visit from pacificbmw.
