Pacific BMW - Service Center

My experience was awful. After checking in I waited for almost 20 minutes for someone to walk by so I could find out where my car was. Then the car was returned to me with a warning for low tire pressure. almost 20 minutes for someone to walk by so I could find out where my car was. When I asked about this, my assigned BMW employee said the system was just resetting but I later found out they never put more air in the tires. You guys are BMW! Yet I had to wait in the heat and you didn’t even put air in my tires!!! I just went from a Subaru to leasing this BMW and I’ve been incredibly disappointed by your customer service. Not only do I have to pay for my 3rd oil change and not have my car washed when I bring it in but now I have to deal with this other stuff too? You guys are lucky that I love this caR or I probably wouldn’t put up with this. More

Won't return calls to get issue resolved I've been taking my cars to Pacific BMW for several years mainly due to convenience; it's the closest to my office and home. Service is usually OK. I've been taking my cars to Pacific BMW for several years mainly due to convenience; it's the closest to my office and home. Service is usually OK. Recently, I've been trying to solve an issue with my Connected Drive. I took the car into service - they immediately said there wasn't an issue, and that I should schedule time with a BMW Genius (sigh). Great - I've now called 5 times to get time scheduled (understanding that appointments are limited due to the pandemic... I'm more than flexible!). I've yet to receive a single reply or returned call. I'm now seriously contemplating driving the extra distance to New Century or Monrovia instead of Pacific. More
