I waited over 30 minutes for my car to be brought down to me by the Porter after I had already paid my invoice. People waiting after me had already left. Only after yelling at the staff, my car was fetched me by the Porter after I had already paid my invoice. People waiting after me had already left. Only after yelling at the staff, my car was fetched. My BMW lease is up in 1 month. Needless to say, not leasing another so I don’t have to waste my valuable time in the service line. Worst most frustrating experience. And I paid $317 for a simple oil and filter change. You would think I would have been afforded better customer service. What a waste of time and energy! More

Awesome job Pacific BMW. Manny my service writer was quick to get us checked in and into a loner BMW. Brian Betancourt serviced our car, sent a vehicle condition report, and recommended services. He actually was very honest. We worried that we had a check engine light. Brian reported we did not and only had a service request light. In the end our invoice was less than what we had expected. Manny programed the key we bought from parts as a courtesy after we (both) forgot to put it on the service request. Awesome service like this makes me feel comfortable knowing professionals are taking good care of me. Pacific BMW is my new "go to" dealership. Thank you, Steve Tepe More

The service is getting worse day by day I was there 6 weeks ago it take a long time for a service advisor , loaner and getting out . I stood their 45 minutes for my car . Everyone was nice but I was disappointed that no one was enforcing wearing a mask to customers. While I was waiting for my car there was a man without a mask on vaping and blowing smoke everywhere.
