Great service Department I went to many BMW service centers in Los Angeles and my last resort was Pacific BMW. Manuel Cruz was an excellent service advisor. My car was in se I went to many BMW service centers in Los Angeles and my last resort was Pacific BMW. Manuel Cruz was an excellent service advisor. My car was in service through insurance. Manuel gave me step by step on what would happen and kept me updated on the process as my parts came in. There was some delays in parts but I was kept updated as things progressed. I was very picky about what was needed to be done with my car and Manuel accommodated my request frequently. Smooth service and kept me updated step by step. My new BMW Service center for sure. The rental loaner department was excellent. Gave me an X5 loaner which was great. Then I wanted to get into something a little bit more fun so they put on hold for me a Z4. Very fun car and zippy. They accommodated me and I really appreciated it a lot. Thanks again to Pacific BMW More
Efficient Friendly I called and made an appt. easily. I wasn't on hold. The appt was for 9:45 with Manny and he was at my car window at exactly 9:45. He kept in touch with me and when I went to pick it up - Manny said Hello and my car came right away and it was clean but it didn't smell funny (I hate car perfume also known as air fresheners). It was my first time here and it was great! I'm also relieved that there is nothing wrong with my car so that might be influencing the tone of this review. More

Bad experience. The service department could not answer any of my basic questions like “when will my car be ready” or “what service is recommended.” I had to constantly be the proactive one and call and te any of my basic questions like “when will my car be ready” or “what service is recommended.” I had to constantly be the proactive one and call and text Marco to get any info. The service department failed to identify $3000 worth of repairs that I had to do at another bmw repair center onlu 1 week after Pacific BMW was supposed to have done. Will not be returning here for future service. More
Excellent Service Justin Ko was AMAZING. This was my first BMW service experience and he made it easy and painless. Communication throughout the service was great and a Justin Ko was AMAZING. Communication throughout the service was great and after he realized my car was taking a bit longer, he took it upon himself to have my car moved ahead to have it washed sooner rather than later. great service my engine light went on and I needed an oil change as well. I was able to get an appointment within 2 days of me calling. I was nervous to get my serv my engine light went on and I needed an oil change as well. I was able to get an appointment within 2 days of me calling. I was nervous to get my service during this pandemic but once I arrived, I could tell that systems were set in place and I felt very safe. Gilbert was very nice. I did take my car in a bit later in the morning but they were still able to get it back to me the same day. More
Brought my car in for a repair covered by warranty, was told it would be ready in time to get it smogged before my registration was due two weeks later but I didn’t get my car back for a month and ten days told it would be ready in time to get it smogged before my registration was due two weeks later but I didn’t get my car back for a month and ten days and often could not get ahold of my service advisor for updates, even when I told them I would rather pick my car up and pay to have it repaired somewhere else so I could get my registration in time. Now I have to drive it 150 miles with expired tags before it can pass a smog test, so I have to go to aaa every day to get a moving permit and cannot park it on the street or even at the grocery store. It’s all been quite a hassle. More
