You get video messages from the technician working on your car to explain exactly what is being done and if they find anything unexpected. Very cool feature that adds transparency to a typically opaque process. Wonderful measures have been taken during the pandemic so you don't actually need to go in to get your car serviced. More

Terrible service ever. No words to describe. Waist of time. They make customers wait forever. You don’t imagine how embarrassed I was with turned of 2019 x6 car in the middle of huge crossroad, on 95degr time. They make customers wait forever. Overall service is exceptional. I love that the technician working on your car send you a video of what was worked on. The only issue is that check in takes such a long time. The person who ends up helping you is not the person that you were scheduled with. Other than that everything was Great. For most part everyone was very professional in service with the exception of someone working in parts whom did not seem to possess knowledge when ask questions. More

Service was ok except for the fact that I wanted windshield wiper blades replaced because they were smearing. They were replaced in January but did not hold up and needing replacement. Rep checked with her service manager and he refused to do it. Very disappointing since we purchased the added service plan that covers this. I was told replacement only once a year. Not acceptable. Will consider other brands because BMW is nickeling and diming customers More

as always worst service ever. kept my car for 3 days, did not have a loaner, and they couldn’t even find the problem to fix it. after 3 days got my car back with the same problem (not working A/C on a brand not have a loaner, and they couldn’t even find the problem to fix it. after 3 days got my car back with the same problem (not working A/C on a brand new car). will take my car anywhere else but Pacific bmw from now on.
