Poor experience overall, of the 6 times I have come to the dealer, 5 of those times I was made to wait over 40 minutes or more for any attention at all. While in for service my car was scratched. When I b the dealer, 5 of those times I was made to wait over 40 minutes or more for any attention at all. While in for service my car was scratched. When I brought the vehicle to repair the scratches I was told it would be 3-4 days. It took 10 days. My service advisor Henry was great and extremely helpful. Other than Henry, Pacific BMW gave a very poor impression. I won’t be returning to this dealer More
